For each job of one page or less a file appears in /var/spool/cups and also in /var/spool/cups/tmp. Jobs of more than one page print completely but jobs that are one page or less do not print. > reload is enough to fix it, but it is annoying.įrom mike at Wed Oct 4 06:22:26 2006įrom: mike at (michael drillinger) It doesn't happen every time, and a browser page > typeset image, for instance (hope the markup below doesn't foul this > source of the admin web pages displayed sometimes instead of the > Ever since I installed 1.2.3, I think, I've started to see the HTML Subject: Web interface sometimes displays source Internet Printing and Publishing Software įrom mike at Wed Oct 4 05:41:45 2006 Michael Sweet, Easy Software Products mike at easysw dot com The TempDir missing issue, yes, CUPS 1.2 will recreate TempDir if it Technically this is an install/configuration problem, but as far as Is this a known bug that has been fixed in 1.2?

I have an HP 2200d laserjet and used the latest ppd off of. If I just use generic postscript when setting up cups (no ppd) it works fine. However, I am not sure that it is an openoffice problem. Printing to file and filtering with ps2ps fixes this problem.

The printjob is sent, the printer light blinks and then goes orange to indicate an error in the file. When I setup cups with some PPD files I can't print from openoffice. I have come accross a problem with OpenOffice printing from CUPS.
